Smashing overall
The app is intuitive enough to use one time its setup. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because the first up of the app (one time I'm at the BP station of my choice) takes noticeably longer to load than whatever of the other gas apps I use. Maybe look at using async methods within the webservice awarding and have certain aspects of the app to load one at a time while the rest of the information (the cents off) loads. When I outset started using the app I thought information technology froze up since the UX simply shows a gas station image for approx 15-20 seconds with no perceived activity past the app; possibly have a BP waiting/loading indicator. Other than that I beloved the convenience of not having to utilise my BP rewards card and so use my credit card for a gas transaction. Keep up the not bad work on the app; it'll but get better!

And so far not too happy with this app
When I signed in with my finger ID on iPhone information technology told me that I could not use the app because I needed to be continued to Wi-Fi, I turned on my Wi-Fi it yet did not work I turn my Wi-Fi off it still did non piece of work and and then information technology told me that my credit menu was not gear up which it was because I got a dollar hold on my account and my credit card showed me that a dollar was charged to my business relationship right away as information technology did in the past when I use BP gasoline. And then the pump kept request me for my advantage I press no it didn't work I press cancel it abolish my transaction I went on the inside to talk with a representative they told me to come back out and do it over again and press the enter button when Rewards popped upwardly it still didn't work I wound up going to another gas station which is very frustrating. One time I get to the next gas station the aforementioned thing happened it said see attendant I wound upwards having to pay on the inside which defeats the purpose of having the app however it' was $.twenty off which lets me know that my card is connected to the app but it'southward not working at the pump when I make full upwardly if the aforementioned thing happens I'm merely going to delete the app and switch gas stations I guess I'll endeavor beat gas. Sorry for the long rant and no punctuation, I'm using talk to text for this review.

Can't utilize information technology.
I downloaded the app right as the rewards quit. I used the normal rewards every calendar week with my chore causing me to travel a lot. Now I go to utilise this new app and get it all ready. I went to a local bp station and went to log in. I had no bug logging in. In one case I logged in and proceeded to pay information technology told me I wasn't at a bp station. The bp station was 100 yards down the road. So I got out and paid for the gas. Thru the reader and didn't get a discount. So out of curiosity I went down the road to the "gas station" location and plant it to be a rev park with no gas station. The gas station was put in the organisation in the wrong area. And then now it wants me to pay for my gas down the road from the gas station pick a pump and promise it's open. Or permit someone steal my gas. My company request we apply Exxon since we get a disbelieve with them but with the rewards I could get one with bp simply at present the gas card that I use doesn't have xvi digits and information technology won't let me load it I have to become to Exxon. I besides know this has effected others in our company every bit well. Too I would go over 5 cent off every fill upwardly when it was rewards just now I can only become 5 percentage off. Get back to the quondam way it was more efficient and user-friendly.
